River Rock Multi-Vendor Agro Online Marketplace and/or its affiliates (“River Rock”) provide website features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at RiverRock.com, use River Rock products or services, or use other products and/or services provided by River Rock in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, “River Rock Services”). River Rock provides the River Rock Services subject to the following conditions.
By using River Rock Services, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.
We offer a wide range of River Rock Services, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use a River Rock Service (for example, Your Personal Profile, Your Online Showroom, Coupons, Your Media Library, or River Rock applications for mobile) you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms, and agreements applicable to that River Rock Service (“Service Terms”). If these Terms and Conditions are inconsistent with the Service Terms, those Service Terms will control.
When you use any River Rock Service or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you in a variety of ways, such as by e-mail, text, in-app push notices, or by posting notices and messages on this site or through the other River Rock Services, such as our Online Forum. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
All content included in or made available through any River Rock Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of River Rock or its content suppliers and protected by the Nigerian government and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any River Rock Service is the exclusive property of River Rock and protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.
In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any River Rock Service are trademarks or trade dress of River Rock in Nigeria and other countries. River Rock’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not River Rock’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits River Rock. All other trademarks not owned by River Rock that appear in any River Rock Service are the property of their respective owners.
Patents owned by River Rock apply to the River Rock Services and to the features and services accessible via the River Rock Services.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and your payment of any applicable fees, River Rock or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the River Rock Services.
This license does not include:
resale or commercial use of any River Rock Service or its contents;
collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices;
any derivative use of River Rock Services;
any downloading, copying, or use of account information for third parties;
or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by River Rock or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rightsholders, or content providers.
No River Rock Service, or any part thereof, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of River Rock.
If you use any River Rock Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You accept responsibility for all activities under your account or password. River Rock sells products and services to adults who can make purchases with a valid payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the River Rock Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. River Rock reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
Visitors may post content and submit material as long as it is legal and appropriate. River Rock reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.
By posting content, you grant River Rock a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and distribute it worldwide.
RiverRock.com encourages authentic user feedback through its community features, including Customer Reviews, Q&A, and profile pages. These Guidelines ensure quality and respectful engagement.
River Rock respects intellectual property rights. For copyright complaints, follow the process outlined in the “NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.”
All purchases from River Rock are made under shipment contracts. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
River Rock guarantees size and quantity of live animals upon pickup. Post-delivery health issues are the buyer’s responsibility, though River Rock may sanction vendors after multiple complaints. River Rock provides no viability warranty.
River Rock’s Buyer Protection only applies to purchases made through official River Rock payment channels and within specified timeframes (12 hours for fresh goods, 24 hours for dry goods).
When using River Rock apps, you may grant device permissions. Your device will provide information about these permissions.
All River Rock Services and content are provided "as is" and "as available." River Rock disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. River Rock is not liable for damages unless otherwise specified in writing.
Any dispute relating to River Rock Services or products will be resolved by arbitration, except for qualifying small claims. Arbitration may be conducted via phone, writing, or in-person. Class actions are not permitted.
By using River Rock Services, you agree that applicable Nigerian federal law governs these Terms and Conditions and related disputes.
We may update our site, policies, and terms at any time. If any condition is invalid, it does not affect the remaining terms.
