At Gabi, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the steps and conditions for canceling an order on Gabi, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

 

When Can You Cancel Your Order?

You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Once the order has been processed for delivery, cancellations will no longer be accepted. Here’s how you can cancel depending on the stage of your order:

 

Before shipping: Orders can be canceled directly through your Gabi account or by contacting our customer support.

After shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. In this case, you can return the item following the Return Policy once it's delivered.

 

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel an order on Gabi, follow these steps:

 

1. Log in to your Gabi account.

2. Navigate to Your Orders.

3. Find the order you wish to cancel and click Cancel Order.

4. Confirm the cancellation, and you will receive a notification once the cancellation is successful.

 

Alternatively, you can reach out to our customer service team for assistance with cancellations. Please have your order number and other relevant details handy for quick processing.

 

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled before shipping, Gabi will initiate a full refund of the purchase price, including any delivery charges you may have paid. Refunds will be processed through your original payment method, and the time taken to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

- Bank transfer payments: Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account.

- Credit or debit card payments: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect.

 

Please note, if the order was already shipped before cancellation, the refund will be processed only after the item is returned to Gabi in accordance with our Return Policy.

 

Non-Cancellable Items

Certain orders cannot be canceled once placed. These include:

 

  • Personalized or customized items: Items made to order, such as personalized engravings, inscriptions, or tailored products, cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
  • Event tickets or time-sensitive products: Due to the nature of these items, cancellations are not allowed after purchase.
  • Downloadable software or digital goods: These cannot be canceled once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

 

Failed Deliveries and Auto-Cancellation

If delivery attempts are made but the item cannot be delivered due to reasons such as incorrect delivery address or failure to pick up, the order may be automatically canceled. Gabi will make only one delivery attempt before considering an order as failed. If delivery is not successful after the attempt, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed, excluding delivery fees.
