Return Policy – River Rock

At River Rock, we aim to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for every customer. However, we understand that there may be occasions when a return is necessary. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and refunds are issued for items purchased on the River Rock platform, on behalf of our sellers.


Return Period and Conditions for Acceptance

Sellers on River Rock accept returns for most items within 7 days of delivery.
Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

This does not affect your legal rights against the seller.

You may return an item within the 7-day period for any of the following reasons:

Valid Return Reasons & Applicable Categories

  • Changed my mind: All categories, except those listed under “Non-Returnable Items.”

  • Goods received spoiled or infested: All categories.

  • Packaging was damaged: All categories.

  • Incomplete or missing parts: All categories.

  • Received decayed goods: All categories.

  • Wrong product type or model: All categories.

⚠️ Note: Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with seals intact (where applicable). If the item becomes defective due to reasonable use within the return period, it may still qualify for return.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following product categories are not eligible for return, unless they are wrong, defective, or counterfeit:

  • Intimates, underwear, nightwear, beach/swimwear

  • Facial skincare, fragrances, hair care, and other personal care items

  • Earrings, health and wellness items

  • Event tickets and software licenses

Also, customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved, embossed, monogrammed) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.


Items Damaged After Delivery

Items damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return, unless the damage occurred from reasonable use within the return period.

Some exclusions may apply (e.g., clothing, sports & fitness equipment, consumables).

Products under warranty are handled via the seller’s warranty policy, not through River Rock’s return policy. Please refer to the warranty section on each product page for specific information.


Packaging and Return Process

To ensure your return is accepted:

  • Return the item in the same condition as received.

  • Include the original packaging, tags, and labels.

  • For example, shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, and seals on items like software or media must remain unbroken.

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches River Rock.

Important:

Before returning a product, please remove all personal data or accounts linked to it.
River Rock is not responsible for any data breaches or personal items mistakenly left in the return package.
