If your return is approved or if you did not receive an item from your order, River Rock will refund the purchase price within the specified timeframe outlined on our Return Timelines page.
If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, River Rock will refund the full cost of delivery once your return is processed and approved.
If the return is not due to an error by River Rock or the seller (e.g., you changed your mind or the item does not fit), delivery fees will not be refunded.
The refund request form will provide information on the available payment methods for receiving your refund.
All returned items are subject to inspection to verify the stated reason for return.
If your return request is not approved by River Rock, you will not receive a refund for the purchase price or delivery fees.
We will attempt to redeliver the item twice within 3 business days.
If both redelivery attempts are unsuccessful, we will notify you and hold the item for 30 days at a designated location. Pickup details will be provided in the notification.
If the item is not collected within 30 days, it will become the property of River Rock, and we reserve the right to dispose of it by sale, donation, recycling, or destruction.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, color, or model, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
